Ron Rogers

Jazz/classical guitarist Ron Rodgers has been a professional musician for over thirty years. Ron has traveled extensively and has performed in almost all the United States and on many Caribbean islands. In 1988 Ron formed the group Tropic Breeze, which was a major force on the Miami jazz scene until 1995, when Ron moved to the Florida Panhandle. Tropic Breeze has continued to perform, and Ron has played at both the Panama City Jazz Festival and the Seaside Jazz Festival. He was also a featured artist at the 1998 Pensacola Junior College Jazz Festival. Ron performs on three albums released by Tropic Breeze on the Tropic records label, and he has resently released his own solo album called Slipstream.
